    • A non-refundable booking deposit of PHP 35,000 per person and submission of passport copy are required to reserve your slot on the tour. By submitting your passport copy, you agree to these booking terms and conditions.

    • Remaining balance is strictly due on January 15, 2026

    • Cancellations made after visa issuance will automatically forfeit the booking deposit.

    • A cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour cost applies if cancelled within one (1) month before departure.

    • The entire tour cost is non-refundable for cancellations made within three (3) weeks before departure.

    • A strict compliance with cancellation policies as per operators/suppliers terms and conditions.

    • Deviation and extension requests are subject to availability of flights and fare differences.
